Dehydration facility to process Food Wastes, Food Sludge, Livestock Excretions and Perished Fishes.
Gas generator from food wastes, food sludge and sewer sludge.
What is CCCDS? :
A patented new eco-friendly food wastes, food sludge, and human and animal excretions dehydration treatment system which utilizes wasted steam from incineration plants.
Eliminates faulty odor and contaminated water by evaporating moisture through the circulation process of Dehydrator > Condenser > Dehumidifier > Heat Exchanger > Dehydrator. Water content can be adjusted from 10% to 20% as needed basis. The average water quality is COD=2000ppm and BOD =2,500ppm.
Incinerator: A waste treatment process that involves the combustion of organic substances contained in waste materials. •Wasted Steam: Steam generated during the process of combusting •waste materials. Normally has no use. •Impurities: Materials other than food wastes. i.e. rocks, glass bottles, plastics, etc. •Storage Hopper: Temporary storage tank of food wastes. •Pre Process Installation: Initial grinding and dewatering process. •Heat Exchanger: An installation that heats up dry gas. •Condenser: An installation that cools steam to water. •Dehumidifier: •Steam : Steam generate from dehydrator.
